WILLIAMSPORT — The accused killer tried to make it appear his two victims were having a sexual relationship before he shot them in Williamsport in 2024, a co-defendant claims.

Muhammed Davis told police in an interview that it was the reason Troy Bennett Bailey Sr. had Ronald Dailey Jr. pull down his pants to his ankles before he was fatally shot.

Contents of that interview were included in an opinion Lycoming County Judge Nancy L. Butts issued last week in which she denied Davis’ motion to dismiss his kidnapping, robbery and theft counts.

Davis and Bailey are charged in the Jan. 11, 2024, shooting deaths of Alisha Charee Seese, 37, of Williamsport, and Ronald Dailey Jr., 37, of Jersey Shore.
