Tyson Foerster suffered a lower-body injury Saturday night after blocking a shot in the first period of the Flyers' 5-2 loss to the Maple Leafs .

The 23-year-old winger was unavailable Sunday for the Flyers' home game against the Flames (7 p.m. ET/NBCSP+). Time will tell how many games he'll have to miss.

"He's obviously not going to play the next few games," head coach Rick Tocchet said pregame Sunday. "We'll reevaluate in about three or four days."

After hobbling up the tunnel, Foerster was able to return and finish Saturday night's game. He played 18:17 minutes and scored a goal in the third period.
