ORCHARD PARK - Josh Allen wasn’t shy about admitting it.
I asked the Buffalo Bills quarterback if he was able to take a breath on the sideline during the final 22 seconds Sunday night when Patrick Mahomes was on the field with a chance to produce an overtime-forcing touchdown.
“Oh, absolutely not, no,” Allen said. “Mahomes, everybody knows his greatness and what he’s meant to this sport. I mean, you never know what’s going to happen with the ball in his hands, but I’m proud of how our defense played there at the end.”
