Missouri basketball’s 2025-26 season will get underway Monday, Nov. 3, when the Tigers travel to face Howard in Washington, D.C. The matchup will begin the fourth year of head coach Dennis Gates’ tenure with Mizzou.
Missouri is unranked but receiving votes in both the preseason coaches poll and AP Top 25. The Tigers finished last season with a 22-12 record, reaching the NCAA Tournament for the second time in three seasons under Gates but losing in the Round of 64 to Drake.
