Columbia City Council will have a relatively light agenda Monday evening, Nov. 3.

The council will decide on whether to issue a conditional use permit for a short-term rental operation at 1506 Windsor St. This is the only item, at this point, that is an old business item that will have council discussion.

Items of note in the consent agenda , which usually is handled with a roll-call vote, include a city code amendment relating to mediation and dispute resolution at the request of the city's Commission on Human Rights, per a staff memo the council; contract amendments for health-related projects; authorization of federal housing and urban development grant awards; and reallocations of ARPA funds.
