As was widely anticipated and as was reported by The Kerryman last month , Austin Stacks and Kerry Under 20 star Ben Murphy has signed on the dotted line for the Brisbane Lions in the AFL.

The super talented 18-year-old impressed all with a series of stellar displays for his club in the Garvey’s County Senior Football Championship in recent weeks, shooting three points from play in the Rockies’ ultimately unsuccessful bid for the Bishop Moynihan Cup against Dingle.
