Daughter and legal heir of Shah Bano, Siddique Begum, served a legal notice to 'HAQ' movie's director Suparn Verma, Junglee Pictures, Baweja Studios and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) Chairperson on Monday.
The notice was reportedly sent demanding "immediate restraint on the publication, screening, promotion or release of the upcoming film," alleging an "unauthorised depiction of her personal life without the consent of her legal heirs."
