President Donald Trump has warned that an upcoming Supreme Court ruling on his use of tariffs could result in the “ruination” of the United States if the justices rule against him.

In a post shared Sunday night on his social media platform, Truth Social, Trump described next week’s Supreme Court case as “one of the most important in the History of the Country.”

Newsweek contacted the White House for comment via email outside of normal office hours on Monday.
