Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya will lead the Indian delegation to the Second World Summit for Social Development (WSSD-2) in Doha, Qatar, from November 4 to 6, 2025.

He will deliver India’s National Statement at the Opening Plenary and join global leaders in adopting the Doha Political Declaration. He will also speak at a High-Level Round Table focused on poverty eradication, decent work, and social inclusion, showcasing India’s digital and inclusive growth journey.
