Warrant, Avon Commons Parkway

Police responded to a vehicle lockout at 12:09 a.m. Oct. 28. During the call, officers found the car owner had an active warrant out of the Lorain Police Department. He was taken into custody and turned over to Lorain Police.

Theft, Nagel Road

A man was arrested and a juvenile was referred to the Lorain County Juvenile Court at 10:46 p.m. Oct. 26 following a theft at Meijer.

Domestic violence, McIntosh Place

Police Oct. 27 responded to a reported domestic incident that took place Oct. 25. One person was arrested for domestic violence.

Fraud, Detroit Road

A resident reported an unknown person attempted to fraudulently cash a check he written at a bank in Georgia some time between Oct.24-27.
