BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Salamanca woman has been charged with murder in connection to a death on River Street, according to the Salamanca Police Department.

Meagan White, 28, has been charged with second-degree murder as well as first-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault. She is accused of murdering a woman in an upper residence at 117 River Street, where White also lives.

The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office was also involved in the arrest.

White was arraigned at Salamanca City Court and was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail without bail. The alleged murder is still under investigation.
