A federal judge on Sunday night blocked President Donald Trump from deploying National Guard troops from any state to Oregon until she issues a final decision.
That news was anticipated after a three-day trial wrapped up Friday and U.S. District Judge Karin J. Immergut had until 11:59 p.m. Sunday to issue a decision or grant a preliminary injunction.
