Calle Rosen is headed back to St. Louis.
The Blue re-acquired the Swedish defenceman from the Washington Capitals in exchange for fellow blue-liner Corey Schueneman, the team announced on Monday.
Rosen, 31, spent three seasons with the Blues up to 2023-24, playing 73 games for the club with 10 goals and 15 assists.
The left-shot veteran has bounced between the NHL and AHL since his big-league debut with the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 2017-18 season, totalling 93 NHL appearances with 31 points (11 goals, 20 assists).
Schueneman, 30, played four games for the Blues last season, failing to record a point. In 35 career contests also including time with the Montreal Canadiens, the left shot has tallied two goals and five assists.
