ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. — Here are my five takes from the Buffalo Bills’ 28-21 victory against the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday at Highmark Stadium :
2. This was easily the Bills’ most impressive win of the season.
Never mind that it wasn’t by an overwhelming margin or that they had to sweat out the final seconds of Patrick Mahomes, a renowned master of comeback heroics, heaving passes toward the end zone. Never mind that the Chiefs entered the game in third place in their division and on the fringe of the AFC playoff picture.
The Bills played as well as they have all year in almost every phase, something that wasn’t true in last week’s 40-9 pounding of Carolina. And the Chiefs had been on a roll, with Mahomes playing at the top of his game while leading an offense that averaged 31 points in
