HARRISON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - A marsh fire in Harrison County is producing heavy smoke Monday morning.
The fire is north of Pass Christian in the area of W Whitman Road and Bayou Portage.
Harrison County Fire Chief Pat Sullivan said the blaze is inaccessible for fire trucks.
Sullivan also said that the fire did not pose a threat to any buildings.
This fire is expected to burn and produce smoke for several days.
