ROCKY RIVER, Ohio -- After years of planning and construction, the Rocky River Senior Center is ready to unveil a transformation that Director Deborah Huff calls “the stunning reality of a long-held vision.”
Beginning with the groundbreaking back on Jan. 16, the center has undergone monumental change that has transformed it from a beloved community gathering place into a state-of-the-art facility designed to serve seniors for decades to come.
From 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Nov. 21, the community is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the opening of the center’s new fitness studio, dance studio, lecture hall and the newly renovated Silver Linings Café.
“For years, this senior center has been a haven, a place of friendship, growth and vibrant activity,” Huff said.
