The wife of the Chester town highway superintendent charged with attempted murder in the shooting of a food delivery driver in May has been charged with hindering his prosecution.
Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler said Selina Nelson-Reilly, 45, of Chester, was arraigned in county court Oct. 29 on an indictment charging her with second-degree hindering prosecution and 17 counts of tampering with physical evidence, both felonies.
