A stalwart of Glasgow's nightlife scene, Donald Macleod , is used to some more unusual sights.
However, one of the strangest was waking up to find a boat in his driveway that he didn't remember buying.
A massive supporter of Scottish music Awards (SMAs) fundraisers, the founder of Glasgow’s Cathouse and The Garage nightspots was at one of their events, when he splashed out £12,500 on a Zapcat racing boat after he’d knocked back a few drinks.
Hilariously, he didn't remember buying it until it arrived the next day, according to the Record .
Donald explained that it had led to some confusion before he realised what he'd done. He revealed: “I then forgot about it until the doorbell went and the delivery guy says, ‘Where do you want me to put the boat?’
“I said, ‘What f****** boat?’
