Yavapai County Superior Court Judge Pro Tempore Kristyne Schaaf-Olson resigned after being cited for allegedly urinating in public near the courthouse where she served. The incident occurred on October 4, when Prescott police responded to reports of a woman relieving herself near Montezuma and Gurley Street, close to the Courthouse Plaza. Bodycam footage, obtained by Fox News , shows Schaaf-Olson pulling up her pants and sitting on a bench as officers approached.
The responding officer described the scene as "disgusting" and noted that Schaaf-Olson struggled to spell her name.
