For the second time in around 48 hours, a man was slashed in the same two-block stretch of the Upper West Side, a police spokesperson confirmed to West Side Rag.

Around 8:20 p.m. on Sunday, a 31-year-old man was slashed in the face near 874 Amsterdam Avenue, between West 102nd and 103rd streets, police said. The victim, who was in stable condition, took himself to Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, police said.

There has not been an arrest as of Monday morning, and the investigation remains ongoing, police said.
