LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Next month, on December 13th, is National Wreaths Across America Day—a day dedicated to honoring those who sacrificed for the freedoms we enjoy.

Laredo plans to participate in a joint ceremony for Calvary Catholic Cemetery and the City of Laredo Cemetery, followed immediately by wreath placement.
