BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WSAV) — Lowcountry food pantries are seeking donations as the government shutdown continues through November.

The United Way of the Lowcountry shared a list of local food pantries in Jasper and Beaufort counties in need of donations as more families seek aid after the halt on SNAP benefits.

The following food pantries are accepting donations. Each food pantry has shared the items they say would make the biggest impact.

Beaufort

Bluffton

Hilton Head Island

Lady’s Island

Port Royal

Hardeeville

Ridgeland
