For Robert Pattinson , playing a father and actually being one are two very different concepts.
The Twilight star—who shares an 18-month-old daughter with fiancée Suki Waterhouse —admitted his approach to parenthood in real life is vastly different from that of his character, Jackson, in his new movie Die My Love .
“My character was pretty incapable of dealing with it,” he exclusively told E! News at the film’s New York City premiere Nov. 1. “I think I just enjoyed working with babies more. There’s something about it. Every time I see a baby now on the street, I’m like, ‘What’s up?’”
While being a dad may not come as naturally to the character of Jackson in the comedy-drama—which hits theaters Nov. 7—for Robert, 39, there was one similarity between himself and his onscreen
