The Daily Fail article is light in actual details, but they claim MBB filed an internal report about David Harbour over harassment and bullying prior to filming the last Stranger Things season

It is not about sexual misconduct

It was a long investigation and the Daily Fail does not know the outcome

Harbour's then wife Lily Allen supported him during the long investigation ( did she leak this? )
