Airbnb offers diverse and unique accommodations that hotels simply can't rival. Listings range from a secret lakefront gem with its own fishing spot to a private jet that was once owned by a notorious criminal . But over the years, several guests have complained about concealed surveillance devices in Airbnbs. In June 2024, a CNN investigation found that Airbnb had received over 35,000 customer support tickets for hidden cameras dating back to 2013.
