A Pueblo man recently pleaded guilty to illegal discharge of a firearm, a Class 5 felony, in exchange for a murder charge being dropped.

Aaron Cagnoni, 33, was originally one of three co-defendants charged with second-degree murder in the 2023 homicide of Jordan Robinson.

However, in an Oct. 30 plea deal with the 10th Judicial District Attorney's Office, Cagnoni pleaded guilty to illegal discharge of a firearm. In exchange for his guilty plea, all other charges, including second-degree murder, were dropped.
