Norfolk County’s mayor and staff are assuring residents that no boundary changes are being considered following a request from the owners of a mall located on the perimeter of Tillsonburg to incorporate it within the town.
A letter from E&E McLaughlin Ltd., presented to Tillsonburg council at a meeting late last month, requested the Norfolk Mall, located at 400 Simcoe St., be incorporated within Tillsonburg through a boundary adjustment.
The mall is located in Norfolk near the Oxford County line. Oxford provides the water and sewer infrastructure servicing the property.
