A suicide prevention training program is set for the Reynolds Corners Branch Library Thursday evening.

QPR: Question, Persuade, and Refer is a prevention program designed to save lives and reduce suicidal behaviors, a library news release said. Participants will learn how to recognize warning signs of and how to respond to a suicide crisis.

The 6 to 8 p.m. program presented by Harbor, a mental health and substance use disorder treatment provider, is at 4833 Dorr St. Light refreshments will be provided.

The training is free to attend, but registration is required at toledolibrary.org.
