CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Coming out of the bye week, the Browns are making some changes after managing just two wins so far this season. The first move starts with Head Coach Kevin Stefanski handing over play-calling duties to offensive coordinator Tommy Rees.

It’s a move we’ve seen before. Last year, Stefanski did the same thing, turning things over to Ken Dorsey when the team finished with only three wins. Stefanski said he sees this as the best decision for the team.

The Browns currently rank 30th in scoring and 31st in total offense. They’re hoping this change can provide a spark for the struggling unit.
