MASON CITY, Iowa — The NIACC John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center hosted the University of Iowa Venture School Launch Day competition on October 22. After seven weeks of virtual training, the Fall 2025 cohort competed in person, guided by local entrepreneur coaches. Stone Heritage, led by Cait Dillavou from Fertile, won first place and a $1,500 prize. Known for crafting jewelry that becomes cherished heirlooms, Stone Heritage emphasizes timeless artistry.
