HARRINGTON – Commercial real estate broker Jeffrey Spiegelman is once again making big moves for a Kent County town.

Spiegelman, a realtor with the Commercial Moving Experience, saw major success at Dover’s Garrison Oak Business Park as he secured tenants and owners for most of the park in just a matter of a few years. Harrington officials hope to recreate that success as they work to develop the Harrington Industrial Park.

That project will be 123 acres of industrial land and has been in several development stages since 2020. Located just of U.S. Route 3 with access via Cluckey Drive and the railroad, Harrington officials hope 10 parcels there to bring 750 jobs to town.
