The first system will move across the Great Lakes into New England on Monday, bringing a chance for rain and wind. Many dry out on Tuesday, but the wind will still be an issue. The next clipper system will bring more wind and rain to these same areas on Wednesday. This clipper will have more cold air to work with, so rain could change over to snow across the higher elevations in New England. Watch this video for the latest.
