This combination of madness and genius makes him one of the most dangerous villains in the DC Universe.

If fans thought the Batman Who Laughs was bad, they’d better prepare themselves for the Lex Luthor Who Laughs. While this name isn’t as catchy and isn’t the villain’s official title, it’s still fitting, as DC is set to combine the forms of Joker and Lex Luthor for their next major antagonist.
