LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Congressman Thomas Massie announced that he has gotten married.

The Republican representing Kentucky’s Fourth Congressional District married Carolyn Grace Moffa last month,

Massie said he and Moffa met several years ago when she was a staffer for Senator Rand Paul. The congressman’s post mentioned his late wife Rhonda and their four adult children and said his oldest grandson was the ring bearer.

Massie said he proposed to Carolyn on the steps of the Library of Congress where they had their first date. He said they will reside on the farm in Kentucky.
