EXCLUSIVE: Lionsgate Motion Picture Group has named Michael Viane to the position of Executive Vice President, Worldwide Theatrical Distribution and Operations.

The news comes in the wake of Lionsgate Co-President, Worldwide Theatrical Distribution Shaun Barber being named of Head of Domestic Theatrical Distribution at Paramount .

Viance will report into Kevin Grayson , President, Worldwide Theatrical Distribution.
