Many major businesses are gearing up for the busiest time of year — including the United States Postal Service .
“With the goal of realigning the national postal network to meet the mailing and shipping needs of modern consumers,” the USPS said it’s invested nearly $20 billion in its facilities over the past four years.
The USPS announced plans to continue taking steps toward that goal, including boosting staff numbers and increasing its production load to serve the American public through the holidays.
