CLEVELAND, Ohio (WKBN) - Cleveland Guardians third baseman Jose Ramirez was named a finalist for American League Most Valuable Player on Monday.

It marks the fourth that in his career that he has been named a finalist (2017, 2018, 2020, and 2025).

The other two finalists for the award are Aaron Judge (New York Yankees) and Cal Raleigh (Seattle Mariners).

Ramírez finished fifth in MVP voting in 2024.

This season, Ramirez posted a .283 batting average of 30 home runs, 85 RBIs, and 44 stolen bases.
