ELYRIA, Ohio (WOIO) - A 24-year-old man charged with involuntary manslaughter and furnishing alcohol to a minor in connection with the drowning death of 16-year-old Vincent Pabon was back in court on Monday.
Jacob Rosado pleaded not guilty to the new charges.
According to police, Rosado was with Pabon the day the teenager died in the Black River back in August.

“I started crying. It was definitely a relief to know finally something than the other little charges that he was facing,” said Megan Cuevas, Vincent’s mother.
Cuevas has been fighting for justice since the tragic drowning.
