Around 8 a.m., the Modesto police responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Pelandale Avenue and Prescott Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found two vehicles that had collided within the intersection.
MPD said that one driver was transported to a local hospital in critical condition, while the other sustained minor injuries.
According to the Modesto police, their investigation showed that a 2005 Honda Accord was traveling northbound on Prescott Road when it collided with a 2009 Nissan Cube traveling eastbound on Pelandale Avenue. The impact caused the driver of the Nissan Cube to be
