SCOTIA — Confusion. Fear. Anger.
Those were just some of the feelings on display Monday when nearly two-dozen faith leaders, elected officials and anti-hunger activists gathered at Collins Park in Scotia to call attention to the lapse in benefits for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program this month due to the ongoing federal government shutdown.
