OKLAHOMA CITY — Gov. Kevin Stitt and legislative leaders on the state’s Contingency Review Board voted unanimously Monday to make about $7.8 million in state reserve funds available to food banks geared to help Oklahomans who have not received Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits this month.
