LARAMIE — It was another rough night at the office for Kaden Anderson last weekend.
The University of Wyoming quarterback threw three interceptions against San Diego State’s high-powered defense, which was the catalyst in a 24-7 road loss at Snapdragon Stadium. All three of his turnovers came in the first half, and they led to 10 points during an otherwise low-scoring game.
The deflating performance came after a strong showing by Anderson in the Border War against Colorado State two weeks ago. The Cowboys took another step back against the Aztecs, falling to 4-5 overall and 2-3 in the Mountain West.
Anderson finished just 12-of-24 for 93 yards while taking three sacks.
