OMAHA, Neb. —

If you're looking for an idea for dinner: we've got one for you.

This week marks the annual edition of the celebration of the famous Blackstone Hotel's Reuben.

The event is happening at Crescent Moon.

Not only can you find the classic Reuben sandwich, you can also find Reuben egg rolls, mac 'n' cheese and even a smoked Reuben.

And like all good things, there's a wait for the tasty goodness.

"We have to cook off hundreds and hundreds of pounds of corned beef for this. And that can't obviously be done overnight because, it takes about 6 to 7 hours of brisket, slow, slow roasted brisket," Bill Baburek, owner of Crescent Moon, said.

If you're still hungry, don't worry: Reubenfest runs through Saturday.
