Cowboys trade rumor reveals Dallas has offer on table for 5-time Pro Bowler

The Dallas Cowboys are widely expected to make at least one move ahead of the NFL trade deadline on Tuesday and there's a rumor about one possible addition.

According to Easton Butler of Packer Report , the Cowboys have an offer on the table for Miami Dolphins safety Minkah Fitzpatrick.

"The Dallas Cowboys have an offer in for Dolphins Safety Minkah Fitzpatrick, per source," Butler reported on Monday.

Fitzpatrick's name surfaced in a trade rumor on Monday via a report from NFL insider Jordan Schultz , so there's smoke to the fire that he could get traded.

The five-time Pro Bowl safety and three-time All-Pro was dealt to Miami during the offseason in a trade with the Steelers .
