Shillong, Nov 3: The state government will take remedial action after errors were reportedly found in the CM Impact guidebooks for school students.
Launched by the Chief Minister with the aim of helping students in their examination preparations, the errors that have been spotted by teachers are a major embarrassment to the government. The introduction of the guidebooks did correlate with a sharp spike in pass percentages, though there were also plenty of critics who felt that the guidebooks were artificially inflating these figures rather than actually helping Meghalaya’s students learn anything.
