BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) -- The head coach for the Cal State Bakersfield’s Men’s Basketball team received an email from an anonymous sender in late August, making shocking allegations about the team’s assistant coach.

The email was written in all-caps, as if screaming through the screen.

“YOU HAVE A STAFF MEMBER BY THE NAME OF KEVIN MAYS WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY (PIMPING AND PANDERING),” the email said. “THIS IS A WARNING FOR YOU. FIX IT OR THE WHOLE STAFF WILL FALL, AS HE IS UNDER YOUR STAFF AND YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.”

The anonymous individual accused Kevin Mays, the assistant coach for the men’s basketball team at CSUB, of trafficking a girl since May at several places including Las Vegas, Oregon, Washington and California.
