Edith Cowan University’s new campus is set to light up Perth’s skyline with its striking media architecture being revealed .
The $853 million project, jointly funded by the Federal and State governments as well as ECU, will feature more than 2800 custom LED fixtures across the building’s facade and a four-storey digital screen inside its foyer, which will be one of the largest indoor displays in Australia.
The exterior lighting will allow video integration across two sides of the 65,000sqm campus, creating a dynamic public experience in the CBD.
The foyer screen, spanning 407sqm, will showcase student work, art and digital storytelling.
Premier Roger Cook said the project would cement Perth’s reputation as a hub for creativity, ambition and possibility. Loading Facebook Embed
