SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
A Sacramento family is pleading for help to find Richard McClintic, a 59-year-old man who has been missing since Oct. 25, according to Sacramento police.
McClintic is nonverbal and has cerebral palsy, which limits his mobility and requires medication, his family said.
“He can’t really walk more than maybe 25 to 50 steps without having to use a scooter,” nephew Ryan Klagenberg said.
He added that McClintic likely has run out of essential medication. Asked how critical it is, Klagenberg said, “He has to have it to live. He has to have it to live.”
Family members have posted flyers at his Natomas apartment complex and canvassed the neighborhood, hoping someone has seen him.
