Katharine McPhee has become such a big baseball fan that she was glued to her phone to watch game seven of the World Series while celebrating husband David Foster ‘s birthday over the weekend.

The longtime couple went to a black tie event on Saturday (November 1), which was David ‘s 76th birthday.

Katharine shared some videos from the day on her Instagram Stories, including one clip of her watching the baseball game on her phone while at the event.

“Happy Birthday to my sweetheart David Foster. I love you so much & thank you for this wonderful life and family. Was a very busy day & Dodgers winning tonight took the cake!” Katharine wrote on her post.

She added, “I guess I’m a sports girl now.”
