Minneapolis, St. Paul vote on mayor, tax Levy, fines

On Tuesday voters in Minneapolis and St. Paul will decide whether to grant third terms to their mayors. In the capital city, residents will also vote on a tax levy and a ballot question that would authorize the city to seek administrative fines.
